Our new BFP website has now been officially 'live' for five days now and we have over 50 members in various cities. We are really pleased with this number of new registrants in view of the fact that we are an entirely voluntary website without any marketing budget.  We have relied, so far, on word of mouth, facebook and gumtree to spread the word. It is great to see that so many people are interested in reuse, upuse and recycling of their goods.  Many people have received goods from babycycle already and others have disposed of their used items in a thoughtful and generous way. We do encourage people to advertise the things that they no longer need and would like to emphasise that this is an entirely free service on all levels.  It costs not a penny to either register or advertise/receive goods.  The service relies on people's goodwill, community spirit and honesty.  Please bear with us - we know that the site is not ideal as yet because we are learning and updating all of the time.  We are really trying to do our best and are investing a great deal of time and energy into babysfirstplanet.  We sincerely hope that people will keep logging on to see how its going, hopefully either on the lookout for a highchair or with a few babygros to part with!  We more than anything want this to work for all of us.  It would be fantastic if, by pulling together in a common effort to babycycle, we could make even a little difference. We would love to hear your thoughts and opinions on pretty much anything so please get involved and bear with us! Oh, and spread the word please!!!   Thanks for reading
